Help CenterThere are a few simple ways to locate the firmware version.
The first way will be referencing the back label of the reader itself. Please see the image below. The “FW:” refers to firmware. The version is listed to the right side of the colon.
The second way to locate the firmware version is by downloading and using our pcProx configuration utility. If you do not already have it, you can download it here.
The screenshot below displays where you can find the firmware of the connected reader. This can only be access while on the connect tab.
