How do I configure my reader for a Mobile Credential?

In this exaple we will be using HID's Mobile Access but the steps will be the same for Orange Pack ID or Safetrust Wallet with the corresponding reader.

First you will need to download our Configuration Utility which you can find here.

Open the configuration utility and connect to your reader. Then, select your mobile credential from the card list. In this case HID Mobile Access. Once selected, write the new settings to the reader.

Next, on your mobile device go ahead and open your Mobile Credential App.

Once in the app, you will see your credentials. You may have more then one, in this example there is only 1 credential assigned to the user.

Select your credential, and then present your phone to the reader the same way you would a normal card/fob/badge etc.
