Help CenterUSB Rockwell RA style readers can be configured to Enroll, use Single Factor Login, or Dual Factor Login. While the reader comes pre-configured for all three, you will need to configure the reader (using our configuration utility) based on which function will be used, in order to match your Factory Talk screens.
