Step 1: Download and install the configuration utility, 6.05 here:

Step 2: Click on the rfIDEASConfigurtionUtility6.05.msi file to start installation, see here:

Step 3: Start Setup by clicking on NEXT:

Step 4: Click NEXT to select the default location folder.

Step 5: Click INSTALL to begin installation.

Step 6: Wait for green progress bar to complete installation

Step 7: Click FINISH to complete installation.

Step 8: Launch the rfIDEAS Configuration utility by clicking on Start, Programs, rfIDEAS Configuration Utility, v6.0.5.

Step 9: Accept the End-User License Agreement

Step 10: Connect to your reader (have reader connected with solid red light):
